Shipping policy

At Saint Amans, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every year, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The shipping options available for the customers are:

• If you are located in France or in the Netherlands, or if you want the package to be sent to this destination, then we provide two options: standard shipping (which means delivery directly to your address) or pick-up at a collection point. The costs of shipping for France is 6.00 (EUR) for a pick-up at a collection point and 12.00 (EUR) for a standard delivery. For the Netherlands, Germany and the rest of the world, there is only the standard shipping option available at this time at 12.00 (EUR).
• For the United Kingdom, standard shipping is 12.50 (EUR).

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, excise duty check and packaging. All orders are sent to the transporter for dispatch within 24 hours for domestic delivery and from 2 to 3 days for international delivery due to excise check after the order is placed.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our barn in France to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 5–15 business days, and domestic delivery usually takes about 2-6 business days. After processing and leaving the Saint Amans Gin barn, items usually take between 2 and 7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
