Inspired by the classic Bellini, the French Ginini is a simple and refreshing summer cocktail made from Saint Amans Gin, peach liqueur and fresh peaches.
- 40 ml Saint Amans Gin original
- 80ml tonic*
- 15ml peach liqueur
- 1/2 ripe peach, sliced
- Sprig of fresh rosemary
*We recommend a light tonic such as Fever Tree refreshingly light, or Hîsope, to bring out the full flavour of Saint Amans Gin.
- Place your peach slices in a glass with a few large ice cubes.
- Pour in the the peach liqueur, then the gin and the tonic.
- Stir gently.
- Place rosemary sprig in the glass to garnish.
- Et voilà ! Santé !
