French Ginini Cocktail Recipe

Inspired by the classic Bellini, the French Ginini is a simple and refreshing summer cocktail made from Saint Amans Gin, peach liqueur and fresh peaches.


  • 40 ml Saint Amans Gin original
  • 80ml tonic*
  • 15ml peach liqueur
  • 1/2 ripe peach, sliced
  • Sprig of fresh rosemary

*We recommend a light tonic such as Fever Tree refreshingly light, or Hîsope, to bring out the full flavour of Saint Amans Gin.


  1. Place your peach slices in a glass with a few large ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the the peach liqueur, then the gin and the tonic.
  3. Stir gently.
  4. Place rosemary sprig in the glass to garnish.
  5. Et voilà ! Santé !
