French Ginini Cocktail Recipe

Inspired by the classic Bellini, the French Ginini is a simple and refreshing summer cocktail made from Saint Amans Gin, peach liqueur and fresh peaches.

Ingredients:

• 40 ml Saint Amans Original Gin
• 80ml tonic*
• 15ml peach liqueur
• 1/2 ripe peach, sliced
• Sprig of fresh rosemary

*We recommend a light tonic such as Fever Tree refreshingly light, or Hîsope, to bring out the full flavor of Saint Amans Gin.

Method:

1. Place your peach slices in a glass with a few large ice cubes.
2. Pour in the peach liqueur, then the gin and the tonic.
3. Stir gently.
4. Place rosemary sprig in the glass to garnish.
