It features our beautiful, handcrafted gin with its unique botanical notes of the South of France and strikes the perfect balance between sweet and bitter.
Inspired by history
The Negroni Cocktail owes its name to Count Camillo Negroni who, in 1919, asked the barman at Caffé Casoni in the Italian town of Florence to change the Americano cocktail by including gin. The Negroni has kept its Italian roots through the ages, and inspired us to fine-tune the perfect cocktail by mixing our award-winning local craft grape juice gin with an aromatic rosé vermouth.
