DESCRIPTION

🍸 Enhance your gin tastings
Our hand-engraved gin glasses transform every sip into a truly pleasurable moment. Their elegant design enhances the aromas and flavors of your favorite gins, while adding a touch of sophistication to your table.

Unique artisanal expertise
Each glass is individually engraved by our craftsman in the village of Saint Amans , making each piece a unique creation. A true work of art, each engraved motif reflects the blend of tradition and modernity.

🌿 A glass designed for gin
The generous shape of the balloon allows for a better expression of the botanicals: the gin breathes, the aromas develop, and the flavors are revealed with intensity. The result: a richer, more aromatic, and more satisfying tasting experience.

🎁 Elegance and uniqueness
Much more than just a glass, it's an object of character — ideal to treat yourself or someone else, and to accompany our artisanal gins from the Southwest of France.

The ingredients we use in our gin

  • grape marc

Inspired by the vines in our garden in Saint Amans, our gin is distilled from a wine alcohol base (itself derived from grape pomace), rather than from the typical cereal base.

  • Juniper

Juniper is the key ingredient in all gin: it's what gave it its name. Juniper berries have a subtle, sweet, and botanical citrus aroma. It's the soul of our gin.

  • Broken

Cassia is a type of cinnamon widely cultivated in Asia. We use it for its more robust appearance compared to other varieties, making it better suited for distillation. Its aromatic bark gives our gin its spicy flavor.

  • Orange and lemon zest

In our gin, we use lemon zest for its fresh, botanical flavor, which is more delicate than lemon juice. We also use orange zest for a slightly fruitier touch.

  • Fresh raspberries

The maceration of fresh raspberries is exclusive to the Rosé Pink Gin from Saint Amans. With no added sugar, it gives the gin its beautiful color and fruity flavor.

  • Ginger

We use fresh ginger root for its invigorating, refreshing properties and spicy aroma.

  • Raspberry leaf

Inspired by what grows in our garden in the south of France in Saint Amans, the raspberry leaf gives our gin a sweet and tangy aroma.

  • Carmine

Carmine is a 100% natural extract, used in Rosé Pink Gin to stabilize its raspberry pink color so that it lasts over time.

  • Espelette pepper

Espelette pepper is a spice grown exclusively in the Basque Country. It is one of the most aromatic peppers thanks to its unique flavor.

  • Goji berry

This subtly sweet superfood is another inspiration from our Saint Amans garden, where we have a long row of these berry bushes, and which is why it is one of our gin's botanicals.

  • hazelnut

Inspired by our own hazel tree in Saint Amans, the hazelnut is one of the botanicals we use in our gin. Along with the almond, it contributes to its smooth, rounded mouthfeel.

  • almond

Another nut-bearing tree in our garden in Saint Amans is the almond tree. Almond provides a sweet, creamy dimension to our gin.

  • Toulouse purple

The Toulouse violet is not only a locally-grown symbol of our region Occitania, it is also a fragrant botanical in its own right, which is why we use it in our gin. Its aroma is floral, delicate, and sweet.

  • rose petal

The roses which grow in our flower garden in Saint Amans are the inspiration for this botanical in our gin. Rose petal has a particularly sweet and gentle fragrance.

  • lavender

Another flower in our botanicals which is also found in Saint Amans is lavender. Particularly fragrant and warm, it contributes to the floral notes in our gin.

FAQ

Do you deliver to my country?

We ship our products from our distillery in France to several European countries via carriers certified for alcohol. Delivery times generally vary between 3 and 7 business days depending on the destination. We work only with reliable partners to ensure your bottles arrive safely and are well protected in our eco-friendly packaging.

You can also choose to have your product delivered to a collection point, or to collect it for free from our distillery.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to our customers in the UK. However, you can find our products at our distributors: see them here.

Are your gins truly natural? What ingredients do you use?

Absolutely. Every Saint Amans gin is distilled on-site using French wine alcohol (made from grape pomace) and 100% natural ingredients. We add no artificial flavors, colors, or sugars to our gins*.

Our recipes showcase carefully selected local botanical extracts inspired by the Saint Amans garden (see full ingredient list above). The result: an authentic, pure, and elegant gin that reflects our terroir and artisanal expertise.

*In our Negroni cocktail, we add a touch of sugar which is mandatory to balance the bitterness of the Negroni recipe.

How is your gin different from those of the big brands?

Our difference lies in our human scale and our artisanal approach.
• We produce in small batches to guarantee the quality and consistency of the aromas.
• Our alcohol base is made from French grapes, more refined and smoother than industrial cereal bases.
• We favour environmentally friendly processes and recyclable and reusable packaging.
• Finally, each bottle tells a story: that of an independent family distillery located in Saint Amans, in the heart of Southwest France.

Can I come and buy gin at the distillery?

Yes! To do so, simply contact us by phone, or book online to make an appointment.
