100% natural ingredients
Our distillation process begins with the finest botanicals sourced primarily from the gardens of South West France including juniper, lavender, roses and thyme. However the true secret to our gin's unique character lies in our fresh raspberry maceration and distillation for that extra tang of fruit. It owes its rosy tint to the raspberries, which is then stabilised with the natural extract carmine.
Crafted in the Saint Amans Barn Distillery
At the heart of our craft lies a beautifully designed column, the centrepiece of the Saint Amans Barn-Distillery. From botanical maceration to slow distillation, every step is meticulously managed, resulting in a smooth, well-balanced gin with a captivating rosy hue.
Where is Saint Amans?
